What do I do to get Apple One working?
tapping “Verizon Plan Benefits” in settings says that I don’t have any subscription included with my Verizon plan. But my account in MyVerizon says that my Apple One subscription is active under my name and phone number. I have no idea what’s wrong or how to fix this.
We just experienced this issue a few weeks ago. We had to remove the plan perk and re-add it. It was a pain, but after we re-added it, it worked.
