need to add ip address to the verizon spam filter for vtext.com

Hi, trying the customer service route is useless.
I need a back end administrator who can manage the spam filter on the vtext.com domain.
as of 7/8/24 a change was made to the filter for the email to text bridge.
I use this for 2FA authentication not just for me but for all employees at the company I work for. 
I have been using this feature since 2005 and never had a problem until this week.
If you are in the email / infrastructure team and have the necessary permissions to make a change on the global spam filter I'm pretty sure you can see my phone number too 😉 reach out to me and i will give you the domain / IPs
