i had set up a promise to pay like i always do, being a recently single mom of 3 i forget a lot of things sometimes so i use it as a reminder to pay my phone bill. every other time i’ve had to manually go make my payment. this time it pulled out on its own and took what was my grocery money for my kids and i for the next two weeks until my next paycheck from my new job. i called earlier and they said nothing could be done about a refund but now there’s absolutely nothing i can do? i have no money to feed my kids, i have no help. i just need that money back 😞
