I'm sorry to hear you received this unknown message sassiegird. I was unable to locate that as something we offer. Do you have multiple lines on your account that could have ordered an accessory? Do you notice any charges on your bank account/credit card or Verizon account?

l was told yesterday by Verizon that this RFL is something Verizon has offered to us for free international calling, I told them, I dont think this is true!! I think the quicker Verizon finds out they have been hacked the quicker they can fix things.

Jskala, receiving a text of something I did not subscribe to is very alarming to me. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me have you notice any change in your billing? Also, confirm for me do you notice any changes on your My Verizon App?
