Why does Verizon not show this plan ( prepaid) it's voice only I think 400 minutes per year.

I have Tracfhone now which cost me about $7.00 each month. I heard Verizon had one for $100.00 ( prepaid)

per year. The plan included 400 min of voice only this would fit me very well. I would have to buy my phone

for this plan. So you don't know if I still can get this? Thanks, Don
