.25 minute pay as you go plan, roaming and two stage dialing

I have called Verizon customer service about this and did not receive a definitive answer.

With the .25 minute prepaid plan, when does roaming apply and does roaming on this plan require two stage dialing?

I have tried ATT pay as you go and there is a good but limited signal and no two stage dialing.

I have tried US Cellular pay as you go and I am roaming 95% of the time with two stage dialing and occassionally not able to dial at all (even with strong signal).

I got tis from the web sit on prepaid rates. Domestic Long Distance Included (airtime charges apply) Domestic Roaming Rate is 20¢ Per Minute International Text Messaging – 25¢ per message sent, messages received are same as calling plan International Roaming – Voice Calls     – 69¢/min in Puerto Rico, Canada & US Virgin Islands     – 99¢/min in Mexico     – $1.99/min in Bermuda

Thank you very much for your help and information.

I see from the linked map that my actual location (not street address) is on the edge of the prepaid roaming map (the other edge is no signal). Not so happy about that, but thank you for clearing this up.
