99 cent plan plus $10 texting plan

If I get this package, will I be charged 99 cents for every day I just use the texting to other Verizion plan cell phone customers?

On Verizon prepaid service, on daily plans do not charge the daily fee until you make or receive a call and those daily fees are valid until 11:59pm. If you only use your texting bundle and never make or receive calls you will not incur the $.99 charge
