Accidentally activated iPhones as Prepaid - How do I cancel?

I wanted to check to see whether a phone I had had a clean ESN, and I found a post on eBay about how to do that.

Unfortunately, following those instructions actually activated the phone.  I figured it would unactivate after a few days, but its been over 6 weeks and the account is still active, even though I never filled out any information on who I am and never made any payment.

How do I cancel this prepaid service?

you need to contact prepaid customer service to deactivate account...either *611 from any vzw device
