Account number prepaid

I have a prepaid and was told to port my number I needed my account number.  Anyone know where you find it? Or do I need to call customer service.

I believe your account  is your 4 digit password. if you have not set up a password then just use the last four digits of the  cell phone number. Or call prepay support at 888-294-6800

to port into vzw prepay you do need your account number every account as one, yes call your csr to get your account number & any passcode you may need.
