I just added money to my account before my due date but it won't change the date for my next payment Why ?

There are Daily prepaid and Monthly prepaid accounts which one do you have.? The Daily prepaid accounts usually change instantly. Unless there is an outage.

Hi h3_lov3r. If you need any help for your Prepay account, please contact Prepaid Customer Service at 888-294-6804. When prompted, enter your prepaid phone number. Then press 4, 5, 4 and then enter your pass code for your account.  If you do not know the pass code enter in four zeros.  Then the system will transfer you to a Prepaid representative.
