I added the $15 prepaid card to my Samsung Smooth, recieved a text that said my PIN was added successfully, but never recieved the money to my phone. It shows on my online account like it's suppose and says that it added the money to my phone but it isn't there. I have a $10 text bundle and even that didn't update on my phone. I would really like to know why my phone isn't updating even though my online account shows my correct balance and that I have the $10 text bundle. My airtime doesn't run out until June 16th, and don't think this would cause problems.

I have a prepaid LG so this is just a guess. With my phone you have to set the options on the banner ad (go to Setting & Tools then to Banner) and that sets the amount of money you have in the account. I also have the text pkg but that only shows on my computer page not on the banner ad. Hope that helps.

Where it says support for your phone click on Manufacturer (it asks the make of your phone -Samsung, then click on Model and put in Smooth prepaid. This will give you alot of information about your phone and how to do alot of things.
