Adding data to prepaid down 24+ hours

Ran out of data and cannot add data via website, phone, or Verizon store.... how long does it take them to fix something.  Can't even use live chat.  Nothing works.  If you try on the website, it totally locks the session and it has to be killed.  No escalation options or ability to get a human via phone. Anyone have ideas?
