Adding minutes?

ok, i bought a $15 pre paid card for my phone...but i lost the card...but still have the reciept and it has the card # on it, but it wont let me add the minutes? is there a time limit or what is the deal?

Just guessing but I would say someone already used the card. The receipt would work as long as the lost card was not found and used by someone else.

Verizon Wireless prepaid PIN cards do in fact expire 60 days after purchase date, meaning that if you don't use the card you bought before 2 months is up, your money was wasted and your PIN is now invalid. It actually states this on those prepaid cards (you'll probably need a magnifying glass to actually be able to read it though!)

I use the Daily Prepaid Cards and on the back in the lower left hand corner tells you the expatration date, some go for a year. I have never had one expire in 60 days unless it was an old card. It is true if you sign up for auto pay or debit or credit card and pay you account that way you must make a cell call once every 60 days in order to keep your service, but as long as you buy the prepaid cards there is no requurement to make a cell call.

ok i bought a verizon $30 verizon phone card and it will not add its saying its been redeemed but i still have no time on my phone what do i do?
