Its very frustrating that on my pre-paid account I cant check the actual numbers called and received, nor the numbers for texts. I was on AT & T..unfortunately was having trouble with reception in many areas, so I joined Verizon. I NEED this for my employment, as they pay a percentage of my bill, based on calls and text relating to work. The only thing the usage shows on "My Verizon" is the actual numbers of outbound calls. Does anyone know if Verizon plans on making this available to pre-paid customers any time soon? I was able to do this on my AT & T account, figured it would be a fairly basic service that Verizon would offer! If I know its something coming in the VERY near future, I will stay with Verizon, otherwise its back to AT & T for me.
Wiko98 is right there is not detailed billing info for prepaid cells. If you call a verizon person and there number is in your contacts that number will show up but there is no detailed for texts at all. Just the date of the text.
That seems like a huge omission on Verizon's part - just because you are pre-paid doesn't make yo any less likely to need the information . . . or any less entitled to it. Seems to me pre-paid billing should show the same information as far as calls and texts that post-paid customers get....or am I missing something?

I have checked with our Prepay department and I regret to inform you that our Prepay customers can only view outbound calls details online; text messages and inbound calling activity details are not available on Prepay accounts.
