I have $50 remaining and must renew in July.  Am I able to keep the time if I add more to the balance?

I'm not sure what you mean about time. But if you have $50.00 in your account now and you need to renew your account, yes that $50.00 will remain in your account plus whatever other amount you add to to.  If your balance gets low before the due day and you need to add more money to the account that does not change the due date, you would still have to renew again in July or what ever your next due day is. You can also buy a $30.00 card which is also good for 90 days. You are allowed to carry over up to $1,000.00 as long as you keep your account active by adding money on your due day.
