Card did not refill my phone?

 So I have had a prepaid phone for a few months now, and I decided to add a $20 refill card for the first tiem because I was running low. When I scratched off the silver and put in the pin number, it added the minutes to the front of my phone and sent a text saying it had been renewed. less than a second after seeing it on the screen with the new balance, it dropped back to the old balance and a message had been recieved about the refill being cancelled. I thought maybe because I still had a few minutes left on it so I thought nothing of it. So I let my phone run out and I tried adding them again sicne it didn't automatically update. It said the number was invalid. I want to know why the card won't add the money to my phone. I'm getting extremely frustrated with this because I feel like I'm being cheated out of my money. Does anyone know a way to fix this or what I did wrong?

This was the third time I purchased a card on the website for my usual $30 for 90 days before I lost my previous balance.

But this time it did not credit my phone immediately like it did the previous two times before.  I received the usual next day Federal Express with the usual receipt stating I had bought a card for $30 on Nov. 11.

I don't use my phone except for emergencies.  When I received a text message that I didn't have any money on my account I went to my verizon website and I was not immediately credited with my purchase.  Since I keep all packaging in the file so I know exactly how things arrive along with all packaging and envelope it came in.

I found at the bottom of the Federal Express folder a $30 card that needed it to be scratched off to get a number.

I never received a refill card with scratch off before.  I just received a receipt that I had bought a card for $30.

I tried calling all the numbers given and even talked to a guy I was transferred to in Colorado who understood the problem BUT STILL COULD NOT GIVE ME BACK THE BALANCE THAT I HAD LOST OF $43.

I told him that if cards were suppose to have arrived the previous two times and they weren't included WHO IS FRAUDULENTLY SCAMMING THE CARDS SINCE I NEVER PUT IN THE NUMBER THAT CAME WITH THE CARD.

HE COULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME CORPORATE so I could talk to the EDP Auditing department.  {please keep your posts courteous}

Why was I always immediately credited on my account the previous times I never received a card without a number?

No one in customer service even understood the problem. {please keep your posts courteous} My degree is in computer Information systems and even had a course of EDP Auditing.

Also if you try to buy a card online your billing address cannot be a PO Box which your credit cards will have.  It will put your billing address automatically into the delivery address and then will tell you that it can't be delivered to a PO Box when I put in my street address.

They have a serious computer programming problem with their online website coordinating card payments.  Or maybe they did find the problem and people complained that they didn't get a card, which I should have originally have done when one didn't come in the Federal Express envelope along with the receipt.

They will not give out a real corporate address or the phone number that I could talk to the programming department.

The guy wouldn't give me back my balance of $43 for all the trouble I've gone thru with all the time I was on the phone trying to tell them that the company had a serious problem so that they could fix the problem.

THEY DON'T CARE THAT THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!  THERE ISN'T A SINGLE CORPORATION THAT CARES IF THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF.

Anyone who has an EU citizenship and is male and single I will gladly marry you so that I can move to the EU and get out of this country and someone else can have my US citizenship.

I always buy my cards at the supermarket or Drug store, when I first got my prepaid cell I bought two cards that way I always have an extra one on hand in case I can't get out when my card is due for renewal.  I did notice this month it took two days before I got the  text message notice saying my card had been refilled also at the time the wireless section online was not available so it might have been due to weather or computers being down in Verizon or something. I have never had a problem with my card but I have never ordered the card online, I do enter the card number online and have never had a problem. Sorry your going through Hell with this problem,  try looking for the Corporate Headquarters number and address on line or call the Better Business Bureau.
