Changing from prepaid 3g plan to Allset 4g plan and new phone

Currently I'm enrolled in the prepaid $60 Prepaid Plan Unlimited Talk, Text&2GB with a Moto G 3g phone and would like to soon change to the Allset plan $45 month plan plus bridge data 3GB ($20) I also have $30 balance in my account and I'm signed up for auto pay.

How would I go about changing my plan as right now there is no option for me to change plan from 3g prepaid to 4g Allset? Would I have to set up a new account and cancel the old loose the money already in my account? Or best to call? Thanks!
