Changing plans and purchasing new phone

I now have the day to day plan.  I plan on purching a new phone (one of the smart phones) online and change to a monthly account.  How do I go about doing this.  I wanted to purchase the Palm Pixie but can't figure out how and keep my same number.  Any help will be appreciated.

Yes it is possible but you have to had a  daily prepaid account for 6 months then you can switch to the Monthly plan,  call customer they will help you with the switch and yes you can keep your same number. The customer service number is 1-888-294-6804 - A smart phone may require a data package which is an extra charge so ask customer service about that.
