Yes, the same thing has been happening to me now for the last 6 months. I am on prepay. They have been double charging me since last August. Every month on the 21st I get 2 debits from my bank account. The crazy thing is that it only shows in my online account that they debited me one time per month. I have called several times about this and each time I have to go through the same discussion with the agent. They start out thinking that I must be mistaken (or just demented). But I show them my bank statement and they begin to believe me. But then they say they can't handle it over the phone and that I would need to go to a Verizon store to take care of it. Well the sVerizon store says they can't do anything because it's a prepaid acc't. It is infuriating. Now I am trying to get rid of auto pay and am finding it impossible to do or I can't find the place online in my account. Does anyone know how to stop auto pay?
