Gesto 3 messageing problem

I have a Gusto 3 and I have a message question. When I receive a message, immediately following that message I receive another telling me the remaining balance in my prepaid account. I would like to stop receiving the 2nd message but don't know how. Any help would be appreciated.

Customer Service is able to do that, changing the "announcement levels", call 888-294-68-04
