Hey Verizon, do you have any plans to fill in your users as to when they might actually be able to do something, ANYTHING on your prepaid system? I've been trying since Sunday morning to activate a phone because my husbands broke over the weekend. And oh by the way, you need to prorate your charges back for the days that he's been unable to use his phone because we can't activate a new phone. Seriously, this is really bad business and customer service. I can't even figure out how to talk to a live person, all I get is menu circles.
