I bought a $50 card at Wal-Mart to use for the $45 unlimited plan and everything went through great, I even got my number and the text saying my plan was active. I can even see my plan on the my Verizon Mobile app. It for some reason gives me error 97 when trying to send messages and then it sends me a message back saying recipient has insufficientinsufficient funds to receive message, and every time I try to make a call it sends me to the payment center. What am I supposed to do?
Did you port a number from another carrier? I had that issue when I first started Prepaid. I called the porting dept to move it along: (888-844-7095)
