How can prepaid customers get our 22gb of high speed days to be used anytime back on our $75.00 plan..
Devilzplaygrnd

I'm really thinking Verizon violated the Grandfather Clause by doing this but in the beginning of 2018 I changed my plan to the $75.00 plan which was offered with 22gb High Speed anytime data each month.. Then out the blue last month I stated noticing my speed is dramatically cut. I recently spoke with a representative who told me I have to now enroll in a more expensive 85.00 post pay contract to get the 22gb you offered me in the plan I'm currently paying for. That's a very low blow to find out you ran all these commercials about this plan get us to pay more only to then not even 3 months later just take our anytime data and now tell us we have to do even more pay even more to get it and it's not even offered in prepaid..

Prepaid plan terms have always been usually different from the postpaid terms.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
