I have a prepaid phone that was bought back in May 2012 while my girlfriend was visiting from Europe for her to use. We used it for one month and she returned home. She will be coming back next month - What steps do I have to do to turn the phone back on? Would getting a new $50 unlimited phone be easier?
There are 3 prepaid cells plans, One is the daily plan and its a basic phone another one is the $50.00 per month plan Unlimited everything. You can reacativate the phone by calling customer service at 1-888-294-6804 you may have to pay to have it reactivated and you will get a new cell number.
