I went online and bought ringback tone, made sure I clicked 'OK' and that I definately paid for it and the money was taken out of my balance. Anyway when I called my phone to make sure it would play all I can hear is "classical music"!!!!! So the money was taken out of my balance and I paid for tone I don't have!!!!!!! Not happy!

I can certainly understand why you wouldn't be happy if the ringback tone you purchased is not the one that's activated. Once you purchase a ringback tone you do have to set it as default or assign in to certain contacts. You can do this by simply following these steps:
