This is the second time this has happened, actually...
I added the card yesterday, and my account balances shows that I have it loaded on there.
However, I just received a text notifying me that my plan was not renewed.
I would really hate to have to call yet again just to get my payment fixed.
There are 2 good options for getting in touch with the prepaid team. You can call 888-294-6804 or you can log into My Verizon and open a chat window.
