I currently have a $20 on my account and Verizon refuses to refund the amount as they cannot connect the amount to a credit card and they do not know how to cut a check out. I have spent $60 on a nonworking account and now, my remaining $20 is being held hostage. With all the technology, they are unable to do the most simplest, basic thing, refunding money via check. Really?
