I need Facebook or Social Beat on my Pantech Jest (Read Description)

I have a prepaid phone called the Pantech Jest. In the pictures and videos I see, it has the Social Beat app that lets you go on facebook. My Pantech Jest doesn't have Social Beat, and I think it's because it's a prepaid phone. Is there a way to get any type of Facebook app (no web browser facebook.com) on my Pantech Jest? The Social Beat app would be nice, but it's not on my phone. How do I get either Social Beat or Facebook app on my Pantech Jest? Thanks!
