Hello! My family recently decided to try to end our contract phones, and go to Verizon prepaid to save money. But when we got the one phone we ordered, the LG Optimus Exceed, it was defective. We tried to call Customer Service to see how to return it, but they turned us down, saying they couldn't help with prepaid products. So now we want to stay on our contract phones, but we NEED to return the phone we paid $160 for. I can't chat with a Verizon Wireless sales representative, so I seriously need to know: How can I turn this defective phone to Verizon and get a refund? Please help!
