I need to change my plan to the $20 texting plan, but the only option is the $50 everything plan. Is the $20 texting plan non existent now or something?

I first put $20 on my account to do just texting because that's all I can afford, but I can't find anywhere to change it from the $50 to the $20 texting plan, but then I said screw it and put another $30 on my account, but then I got a text which lowered my money to 49.81, which means I can't even do the $50 without wasting $15 because of the damn opinion.

When you set up your plan what plan did you choose? The Pay as you go plan is the following schedule. If you don't use the phone for calling there is no charge for having the phone so you would just pay the below fees. The have three plans, for using the phone 25 cents a minute, 99 cent for  hours between 6 a.m. and 9:59 pm and 1.99 for all day. You only pay for a cell phone fee if you actually make a phone call otherwise you can just use the texting package. If you use Auto pay where you use a charge card or a debit to make your monthly for 3 month payment then  you would have to make one call every 60 days, if you use just the repaid cards you do not have to make a call ever.  Call Customer Service at 1-888-294-6804 for set up which program you want.
