So I added a line, the payment went through and the second line is activated but whenever we try to make a call on it, it says we need to make a payment. Also on my account it says its all paid up until october 21
It is important that you are able to get your second line to work. Have you tried powering off the device, removing the SIM, putting the SIM back int he device, and powering it on? Did you notice any changes when you did?
