Currently I have to call in (on the phone), go through the voice prompts, then talk to a live Verizon rep just to get an update. The website only shows minutes, which is irrelevant for a data plan (for my iPad). Can this ever be added to customers login account?
I agree 100%. Even if I dig into my monthly usage details, I only see call duration and not actual data usage. I had to phone Verizon to find out what fraction of my monthly plan I'd consumed. Terrible, terrible system.
