Hello! I'm hoping to hear the words yes! This is a prepaid phone from a carrier that has no signal where I live. I use WiFi
calling and texting apps to talk on the phone while I'm home. I really dislike the company and customer support but I love
the phone (plus I paid $150.00 for it). I hope I can switch to Verizon without changing phones. Thanks for your help!

If the phone isn't a Verizon Wireless branded device, it is highly doubtful that you can activate it on a Verizon Wireless plan.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Not being a Verizon device probably not, but the specs say it does do 850 and 1900
