I signed up with the $20 30 day 1GB plan for my JetPack and need to purchase more data but from My Verizon I can not add the $35 60 day 2GB plan.
What do I have to do?
1. Calling the 888 number is not working
2. Delete my current account and create a new one?
3. Drive 200 miles and visit a store?
