I just upgrade 2 phones to the LG Chocolate touch at christmas and the upgrade said no data plan required, when the bill came there was a $10 data plan on each phone. When I called customer support they said the phone requires a data plan even though the verizon website says it doesn't. Needless to say I have to return the phones, which makes me quite angry. Instead of upgrading I think I will check out other providers. Has anyone else had this type of issue?
