I recently bought this phone for my boyfriend, and now he is saying it is calling his ex every half hour or so on it's own. I can't figure out why or how to stop it. So far he hates this phone and I just got him to switch to Verizon please help ASAP
Hi AllieKat274, Help has arrived! Let's get to the bottom of this! Is the number saved in his phone as a contact or is it dialing the 10 digit number? If it is saved as a contact I may suggest erasing the contact and readding it. Is this the only number it is automatically dialing? I look forward to working with you to find a solution!
