I am currently under a new 2 year contract and just lost my phone. I did not have insurance so I have to buy a new phone. can I buy a prepaid phone and use that for my current contract?
Yes you can buy a prepaid phone and use it on a contract phone, you will have to call customer service and have it reprogramed. Before you do this call customer service, normally you must use a prepaid for six months before you are able to switch to a contract plan.
