Mobile Email on $50 Prepaid Plan

Verizon has a $50/month unlimited voice/text/broadband prepaid plan that I am considering.  Will it cost me any more to receive mobile email on my phone with this plan.  Also would like to hear from anyone who has this plan as to how they like it.
