My signal keeps dropping

Ok I have a verizon mifi 4510L 4F61 I have for a long time now when I first got it I had signal issues until there was a tower built closer, after that it has had 3-4 bars consistently and about 2 months ago it started barely getting any again can anyone tell me what's going on with it? Do i need an upgrade or is it because i changed plans or what? Thanks for your answers

colbykente912, reliable service is an absolute must, and we definitely don't want this to be an ongoing issue. Please tell us, what is your zip code? Do you know if other Verizon Wireless users are experiencing issues in this location? Does service improve when you leave the area?
