Upgraded prepaid account to 8gb plan and did not receive bonus data.
Upgraded prepaid yesterday to 8gb plan from 7gb plan. Gave up my 7gb plan with rollover, for this new plan which DOES NOT have rollover. Did not get my bonus data and cannot get through to chat customer service or phone customer service.
I need help to correct this. Customer Service if you read this please update my account with my bonus 7gb of data. Thank you.
