I purchased a pre-paid phone that came with $10 in air time and I added an additional $30 with a pin (aircard). My balance shows as $40 and I selected the $1.99/day plan. However I am unable to make calls, even to *611. i have tried *228 and it tells me that the activation is sucessful, however I am still unable to make any calls. I call the customer support line and only get two options add money via pin or add money via credit card. no customer service. Do you know what else I can try? The web-site is useless as well. I sent an email and still no reply... Frustrating.
