***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I was told to call 88-294-6804 & the internet would work still not working please help me fix this...Why am I paying for something I can not use?

Not having internet is a big inconvenience. We would be glad to help. Have you tried removing the battery and retesting? Please make sure you also have a blackberry connection by doing the following.

 

Menu>options>advanced options>host routing table>press blackberry key next to trackball>register now.

 

Then check the browser to see if you can get internet.
