A ongoing chat and call info to share for 2 hours now a ron has been silent on my phone a supervisor Lenny just ignores it and hung up on me this silence continue past my typing  since get limited to 3 calls how nice go-to chat now with Alex for over an hour claim he escalate to supervisor than proceeds with scripts do they have any standards or accountability
