I accidentally paid twice on my daughter's pre-paid account. The payments were made within a week of each other. When I look at the account under account overview, it shows the plan expires in 28 days (June 2017). Then on the Balance Summary, it shows plan expires in August (2017). I am confused by this. Also, I receive alerts saying a payment needs to be made when the payment HAS been made. This alert is what caused me to pay the account again!
