Paying for personal apps on a work phone?

Hello,

My monthly bill is paid by my employer. I'd like to purchase an app (MLB 2011), but I want/need to pay for this myself and not have it charged to my account. How do I do this?

Purchases made through the Android Market should be billed directly to your Google Account, if the app is downloaded through Verizon, I think you would need to make an arrangement with your employer to pay them.
