Yes watch out for the well said words saying that they are the best! I had someone access my account using 4 numbers that I had not even set up and charge my credit card over 200.00 and purchased a new phone. When I proved that I had not done this and didn't even have the phone they claimed I had just purchased they still refused to refund my money. I was then informed that I could suspend the account until the problem was resolved in which it never did. When I called to re-activate the phone I had I was told that the money had expired and that I would have to pay even more to get minutes back on my phone! When I asked where the money had gone since I had put this account on suspension as advised by them, I was told it was gone. So beware Verizon will take your money from you and not think twice as to their actions and they do not account for anything when something is done wrong. I'm out of over 200.00 and stuck with a non working phone and Verizon has had no desire to help or repay me what is due. My suggestion to all those who read this if your planning on getting a pre paid plan DON'T at least not through Verizon!!
Since its on a charge card you should call the charge card company and dispute the charges. They will tell you how to file a claim for fraudulent charges. Are you sure no one has access to your pin number or charge card??
I agree you should be covered by your CC company for those chages if someone used your CC without your knowledge so call them and get the ball rolling on that. Scammers can get CC numbers so easy today it seems even if you are very guarded with it. Heck we had our numbers stolen way before there was even interent. Mary
