I cannot get Verizon to provide the Account ID necessary to port my prepaid number to a different provider.
The menu options for prepaid customers don't seem to offer this, and I've tried the option to have a representative call me, but the link doesn't seem to do anything (tried Edge and Firefox with all extensions disabled)
I've created an FCC complaint about the issue that was acknowledged by Verizon **9 days ago** by their "executive relations" team and I still haven't heard anything back.
I need Verizon to directly contact me with this information.
