I purchased a prepaid phone in April. I activated it and used only for a week. I did not subsequently add money or minutes to the phone. I wanted to find out if I can just buy a new refill phone card and add minutes onto the phone. Also I believe the phone number assigned is no longer working or no longer recognized. Is there a reconnection fee of some sort or would it be easier just to buy another prepaid phone and start the process over again.
