Prepaid plan payment issues

so i put a 35 dollar card on my pre paid phone for 500 min of anytime min, unlimited text and 500 mb of data and it already says i have to put more money on it and i only used the phone for an hour and a half. this is a joke and so is this company

anyone want to help me?
