Prepaid plans

I've been a loyal Verizon contract customer for 5 years and now a loyal prepaid customer for 2 years. So explain why for me to get on the new data plans where I get more data for the same amount that I'm paying for less I have to buy a new phone. Now I'm left feeling sad and screwed by Verizon. (Somebody please explain because this sounds like unloyal customer service to me)!!

No that didn't answer my question. My question is, I'm already paying $45 a

month for unlimited talk, txt and1GB of data but my plan automatically

renews every month so I get an extra 1GB but Verizon changed there prepaid

plans so that now a new customer paying $45 a month gets unlimited talk, txt

and 3GB of plus one free GB if there plan automatically renews. Verizon

wireless says I can't get this plan because I'm already an existing loyal

customer who has 2 phones and or accounts and I want to know why because of

being loyal I can't get a better plan. It seems like I'm being cheated when

I'm spending the same money as a new customer and getting way less service.

That just doesn't seem like good business.

Let's look at this together. You have the option of moving to any currently offered prepaid plans that we offer. As a new or existing customer, we currently offer the $30.00, $45.00, or $60.00 plan. http://www.verizonwireless.com/prepaid/smartphone-plans/?intcmp=INT-SEA-NON-AC-prepaid-051915-DE-SR-...

me! I know about all of these plans so I am apparently miss understanding

what you want me to do. If you want to contact me and talk to me on the

phone I will be happy to give you my contact information.

Madwolf69 we want to make sure that all options are reviewed for you. I recommend reaching out directly to our prepaid department as we are unable to access prepaid accounts via this avenue. You can do so by dialing *611 from your cell phone or by doing the following:

•    From a landline please call 1-877-777-5759.
•    Press 1 for English
•    Enter in your phone number
•    You will hear the balance and renewal data
•    You will hear the amount of data used
•    Press 2 for the Main menu
•    Press 4
•    Press 6
•    Press 4

My prepaid phone will work on any of the plans. What I wanted to is upgrade

my plan to one of the new service plan but the customer rep that I talked

to at Verizon said I couldn't get the plan I wanted with out buying a new

phone. The rep told me that the plan I wanted was only for new customers or

customers who where buying new phones.

You also seem to be mistaken on the price of these new plans.

Verizon's current prepaid plans have you getting 1 GB on the $45/month plan with 1 GB of additional data for auto-renew. You get 3 GB on the $60/month plan with 1 GB of additional data for auto renew.Smiley Happy
